I use a *.CSS files for all pages of a domain.
I also thought in this direction.
About 90% of all DIV are the same on all pages.
The problem are the 10% differend DIV

No. It depends on the screen resolution.
I have complete different layouts depending on
VGA, SVGA, XVGA, 1600*1200
When You have such a large screen, You can see at
me Your first page designed for 1600 * 1200 :-)
