Works for me on a current CVS windows build. but I do get an ASSERTION
popup.

Overwriting an existing document channel: '(loadFlags *
nsIChannel::LOAD_REPLACE) || !(mDocumentRequest.get())', file
c:\cvs\mozilla\uriloader\base\nsDocLoader.cpp line 463

Then I get the Apache image.
