we already have an example of embedding mozilla within a powerplant application. It's pretty simple.
mozilla/embedding/browser/powerplant/PPBrowser.mcp Allow a couple of hours to get your environment set up and to build. You need to build the entire mozilla tree at this stage, even just to embed it.
