What is the procedure for adding to the layout regression tests? I assume I would have to check in the testcase to mozilla/layout/html/tests/block/bugs and add the URL to mozilla/layout/html/tests/block/bugs/file_list.txt. Would I have to do anything else? Whose approval do I need?
