Mozilla is written (as any browser should be nowadays) with the aim of
standards compliance, and W3.org are those who define what the standards
are.

Do you also spell letters you want to spell them, or do you rather try and
keep the spelling correct to your language's rules? If latter, then you
should do the same when writing HTML.
