Ok I want to understand why so many people don't like frames!/ it seems to me that in some cases it is much more beneficial than css,
I constantly use frame for content that doesn't change, seems to me like a time saving option, since the user doesn't have to reload much of the stuff after each click! thanks! ahmed k
