I'm sorry, but I have to repeat that this is a developer newsgroup/mailing
list. An appropriate question here would be

   I code my layout according to W3C's specifications but Mozilla seems to
   not render it correctly. According to <spec name, version no.>, ... should
   do..., but instead Mozilla does ... . The page is in <standard/quirk> mode.
   Can someone verify if this is a Mozilla layout bug or my misreading of the
   spec?

How-do-I-do-this type of questions should be directed to a Web-developer
(not Mozilla developer) forums.
