I'd like to remove nsISizeOfHandler, for reasons stated in: http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=106792
In summary, it's hard to maintain and makes the code more confusing, is inaccurate and hides the overall picture compared to other tools we have (such as trace-malloc), and no longer adds any value (anything it does can be done with other tools).
