Before I submit a bug on this, can someone confirm this isn't already filed?
On the PC version of Mozilla 1.3 (20030312 release build) the form field is submitted empty, but is not submitted on a Mac when no file is specified through Browse. (Sorry if this is the wrong newsgroup!)
