The ongoing deCOMtamination work means we are reformatting many interfaces. The following guidelines may be useful to help create efficient, easy-to-use interfaces. These are things that we've discussed piecemeal in bugs and applied in a few deCOMtamination situations already. They could be useful to anyone who's writing a non-XPCOM interface.
