Quality Talkback Agent

For several days, I have gotten several messages for Talkback Agent. The 
firs tis sent back fine, but after that, every one I get has the 
following message "Can not find server, try later". I do now care how 
much later I try, the ones in Queue will not go through, and every time 
I get the same "cannot find server, try again".
On Sunday i got the first one, and it went back fine, but when I got a 
2nd and 3rd, again I got the "Can not find server, try again", so I 
waited till Monday morning, but same result.
I have  deleted some, when the Agent became a nuisance, and I even 
turned the Agent off for awhile.
I know that they need these messages, but what is going on, and how do I 
cure it?
Before you suggest it, I have reinstalled Netscape 7.02 and Mozilla 1.4, 
it did not help.
