It's a konqueror bug. The line-height is set on the <body> element to be 1.2 times the font-size of the body element, which is 1.2 times your default font size. But the <h1> has no explicit author-given size, soit just uses the size set by your UA, which in Mozilla's case is simply 2em, which computes to twice your default font size.
