Maybe if I had access to that URI my opinion would be different, but it seems to me that line-height spec is broken. A computed length should not inherit. Only normal, number or percentage should inherit. I can't imagine any rational reason to use a line-height for Hx (at least) calculated with reference to anything other than the font-size of of the Hx (if not every current block).
