There are too many known bugs to make such a document practical. (Note that the Amaya document above is a joke -- for 'float' it just says "Parsed: Yes, Supported: Ok", but the support for 'float' in Amaya is abysmal. Same with margins: it says "Parsed: Yes, Supported: Ok" but even a quick examination would reveal dozens of bugs.) However, if you want a brief summary: all the properties in CSS2.1 except for the aural properties, the orphan/widows properties, outline, and the counter stuff, is implemented and known to work reasonably well. There is also some support for some CSS3 things like 'opacity' and 'hsl()'.
