Mr. Kanter:

I referred to the thread you suggested and summary of the issue:

"Someone diagnosed this particular problem and it has to do with an
attribute that is not valid. Apparently Mozilla makes an attempt to
render the table based on invalid code and then figures out how to fix
it after it has read in the remainder of the code."

Other than removing the doctype tag to place the code into quirk-mode,
most of it should follow the XHTML 1.0 Strict coding standard.

Any suggestions as to what the invalid code in my template may be? Is
it due strictly to the fact that I do not have a doctype present?

Is their a way to view the symantics of how Mozilla renders the page
initially and then how it renders it the second time?

Thank you for your quick reply and willingness to assist me.

Respectfully,

Gary
