The WHATWG has updated the Web Forms draft and released a new call for
comments. Comments on this fourth stable draft of the Web Forms 2.0
specification are encouraged. We hope to go to a call for implementations
as the next step, the only way to stop us is to send us substantial
comments that cause us to change the draft!
