We have many wikis, and I picked one rather than not document. Can you
point to documentation explaining why my decision was wrong?

I'm not saying its wrong; (As I know of no "please put this stuff there"
type of document), was just wondering if there was a special reason for
it on wiki.m.o rather than on devmo. Anywhere is better than no-where
of course!
I have a further question, that I will take to personal mail.
