re-distributing the build code

Assume I download a build and add my own package directories under chrome,
then zip this up and load this on a web site.

Is this legal ?


Basically I want  to be able to offer website visitors choice of  downloads
depending on whether they already have Mozilla installed ot not.

a) just my package(s)
b) the build and my package(s)
