And the dual license allows each group of users to use the code under
the terms they prefer: People who prefer the MPL or who otherwise need
to be able to use its terms, including people developing proprietary
software, can use the code under MPL terms. People who prefer the GPL or
who otherwise need to be able to use its terms, including people wanting
to incorporate the code into GPLed software, can use the code under GPL
terms.
