The Kylix GPL requirement is not a problem for your own personal use, it's
only a problem if you want to distribute binaries. If you distribute source
each recipient could use their own copy of Kylix to create a binary for
their own personal use.

If you are distributing binaries you only need to find one person willing to
buy the Professional version of Kylix and that person could create non-GPL'd
binaries that could then be legally distributed when combined with MPL code.

At least that's my non-lawyerly understanding of the GPL and a brief look at
the Kylix terms.

Doesn't solve the underlying problem, I know.
