Anything checked into the tree without additional disclaimer is
presumptively under MPL. If that's not true then it's a mess for mozilla.org
to clean up, not something a developer should have to worry about.

The only possible exceptions might be images of the lizard itself where
trademark issues might conflict, but that doesn't seem to be what Jesper is
asking for. And if in fact we know that those images are problematic then
mozilla.org appears to be violating section 3.4 by not mentioning this fact
in the LEGAL file.

(Section 3.5 suggests that without something like a README containing an
"Exhibit A" in each directory with images they technically may not be under
the MPL. If that's the case no one but their creator has permission to copy
them making Mozilla distributions illegal. Another thing that needs to get
straightened out.)

Jesper's app will of course have to follow the MPL rules for notification
and 'source' (such as it is for images) availability, etc.
