No, this is not sufficient.

You really need to read the license, which sets out exactly what you 
need to do.

The LEGAL file is for when you are releasing code under the MPL that you 
have written - it details the IP claims on that code. AIUI, you do not 
need to write one to use Mozilla code unless you add stuff which has 
such claims.
