Is there not a LICENSE file at the top of the source tarball? I don't know,
I don't have a source release and don't at the moment have the bandwidth to
check. The LICENSE and LEGAL files are checked out as part of a developer's
tree so I'd be surprised if they weren't included with the source releases.

If they're not there we're violating section 3.1 which says "You must
include a copy of this License with every copy of the Source Code You
distribute." Not to worry, I doubt we'd sue ourselves. I'd recommend you
double check, though, because I'm pretty sure you'll find the LICENSE file.
If it's not there obviously we should fix it.
