The MPL has been published in books before, as "This is the Mozilla 
Public License", and as HTML and plain text, so I think it's safe to say 
that a change of file format does not in itself create a derivative 
license, and so you can continue to use and label your version as the 
MPL (i.e. it doesn't fall under section 6.3).

This, of course, is only my view :-)
