Hallo,
here is my problem. In short:
- We have released a java library as Open Source under MPL 1.1.
- Someone gets the library,
*asks a bunch of questions about how to use it and modify it,
*figures out that the library is perfect for their needs
*they effectively modify it for their purposes
- They tell me that they are unable to release the modified source
because their boss says that company policy does not allow that!!!
Now, how do I go about enforcing the license and tell
the guys in question that they either stop using the library
or they release the source code?
