MPL Compatible with MIT License?

Can Mozilla include code that was developed under the MIT License (I 
found a copy here: http://www.opensource.org/licenses/mit-license.php)?

I am specifically interested in the Expat project hosted at SourceForge. 
Can we take the latest Expat code and plug it in Mozilla, possibly doing 
some changes to Expat? Or do we need to get them to relicense it for us?

Our current copy of Expat is old, and its original author (James Clark) 
gave us the rights to use it in Mozilla. I don't think that permission 
applies to the latest Expat in SF, but correct me if I am wrong.
