i recently found out about firefoxie.net, a site with instructions how to basicly make firefox look like IE. question is, can they use the name Firefox with that procedure? they make it seems like they have a product there, although all they got is several known extensions and some CSS rules for userChrome.css.

IMHO, he should definitly be asked to make clear announcements about who is owning the name firefox. IMHO, firefoxie is ok for an extension site (which is more or less all he does, he's linking to extensions and themes).
As he is doing press releases, this is even more important. Gerv?
