It seems to me that these guys are misusing Mozilla.org's artwork,
copying design elements from spreadfirefox.com and mozilla.org:
http://www.getfoxie.com/
Though partially this may be allowed by the Creative Commons license of
www.mozilla.org, but the CC license requires attribution.
Also, the "Foxie" logo may be viewed by someone as infringing on
Mozilla's trademark (using a fox in a logo of a browser).
