Hello,
I am having a problem with a few of my users that use Netscape mail to
access our POP server. Occasionally, now more frequently than not, every
time they start up their computer and access Netscape Mail, before it will
connect, they have to re-enter all server information, user name, etc. as
well as re-import their address books. This is a huge hassel and they are
all using Communicator 4.7. Has anyone else seen this problem, and if so,
how is it fixed? Thank you very much for your help.
