Communic 4.51: how subscribe to a newsgroup

Hi Everybody,

How do I subscribe to a single newsgroup in Communicator 4.51?
Whenever I want to subscribe I have to wait ages for all the
newsgroup-names to be retrieved.
Any help appreciated, please email me.
