Thanks for the positive feedback
I re-implemented the subscribe dialog the way I should have implemented
it the first time.
Monday's build should have the following additional improvements:
1) downloading the list of newsgroups should be faster on faster connections
2) the download rate now shows up in the subscribe dialog
3) icons in the server picker and the subscribe tree
