java 2 v1.3 plug in

Hi.  I recently visited a page that needed the Java 2 plug-in, so I 
downloaded it even though I know it came with netscape 6, but it didn't 
seem to come with mozilla.  How do you get this plug in to work.  Thanks 
in advance.
