What is the problem? The page loading in the Mailnews windows, or
Mozilla going to netscape.com? I'd say both, but the latter is hard to
fix, because we'd need to set up a similar resource somewhere else.
("Somewhere else" should IMO not be mozilla.org, since the plugin lookup
is an end-user service.)
