Netscape 6.0 not compressing mail folders

Anyone else having a problem compressing their mail folders on netscape 
6.0 on Windows2000 sp 1.  Using the menu option with any mail folder and 
telling it to compress it nothing happens.  No error messages are produced.


I tried downloading Mozilla 0.6 and it would not compress the folders 
either.
