Problem with the size of some dialogs

In the latest nightlys I've encountered a problem with the size of the 
dialogs - they seem to have a fixed size, what is generally a good idea.

For instance the get mail -Password Dialog. The Ok and Cancel-Buttons 
where not shown. (Enter saves the day;-) )

Seems to me like a bug -
Has anyone other encountered this problem?
