Can not delete or read a message sent by Bugzilla!

Hi, folks.

   I have received a message generated by Bugzilla.  However, the message does 
not display, and Mozilla reports Unknown Error when I click the title in the 
message list.  I can not even delete it.
   Is there a way to manupilate it?  Should I report a bug?  I can not file a 
bug unless I know what kind of data is in the message, can I?
