Address book causes crash

Hi
I am having problems with the address book. I have addresses in the
address book and when I try to use it to add addresses to outgoing mail
netscape crashes. When I start it from a command line it says bus error
after the crash. Has any one else seen this and what is the solution? I
am using netscape communicator 4.76 on Redhat 7.0.
