Increasing font size of menus, lists, trees, etc.

I'm using the 12/22 nightly Mozilla build on Win2K.

Is there any way to change increase the size of fonts in the menu bar 
(File, Edit, View, etc), as well as the fonts used in the trees and 
lists Mozilla uses, like the tree of news servers and newsgroups, or the 
lists of messages?

I'd like to have my screen resolution at 1600x1200, and while I can 
change the font size of window content, the menus and other control 
elements of the applications are pretty miniscule.
