Change it to whatever you want. The mail sound is configured in your 
prefs.js file. Just add the following to the file, remember to change 
the wav file to whatever sound you would like.

user_pref("mail.biff.play_sound",true);
user_pref("mail.biff.use_default_sound",false);
user_pref("mail.biff.sound_file","/usr3/sound/wav/good.wav");
