Not for all dialogs, just for the creation of a new
address book. I was comming from the point of view that
different sources may require different parameters which
need to be filled in by the user. Local address book
requires a name, an LDAP requires host and port etc...
Not all packaged mozillas may have all data sources
so perhaps this part makes sense to be part of a data
source 'module'.
