The RPM builds of 0.7 were contributed to mozilla.org by chris blizzard.
I believe that there is a both a "with mail" and a "without mail" RPM
available. Installing Mozilla without Mail has been an option for a
while in the mozilla.org binaries, this is not new to 0.7. I'm not sure
about the RPMs though since I haven't tried them.

So you're saying that the "with mail" RPM doesn't work?
maybe blizzard can help.
