Scrolling of trees generally is slow (bookmarks, history, etc). It
appears to be an O(n**2) problem related to the number of lines displayed
in the rdf tree (which is a BIG hint of where to look for a problem).
(Adding items is also really slow.) Bug 52149 "Scrolling bookmarks tree is
absymally slow". Also bug 52144 "Importing 350K bookmark file takes 10-15
minutes" (this one would benefit a lot from batching API's for modifying
rdf trees).
