Responding to news re-downloads message

As the subject states, when responding to a newsgroup message Moz 
RE-downloads the message!

This is seriously annoying, and with LONG messages... well, very 
unnecessary.  The message is already in the lower pain.  Why download it 
agian?  On a slow server (like this one) this is very annoying.  I've 
already had to wait for the message to download once.

Is this being addressed, or should I file a bug?  I searched Bugzilla, 
with no matches.
