Correct, BUT: This is not an appropriate group for Netscape questions.
They are sometimes tolerated IF they happen to ALSO be relevant to
mozilla, but (as Peter poinst out) this one is not.
So, the question may not have been answered, but the answer (for this
group, anyway) is:

Try netscape.public.general or
snews://secnews.netscape.com/netscape.netscape6.windows (sorry if the
group name is wrong or if your OS isn't windows - I don't use netscape 6
so I have no occasion to visit these groups).
