Among other Mozilla contributors, yes.
Those of us at Netscape working on on it are still in the midst of
sorting out our priorities and timeframes. There'll be more postings
here as that gets fleshed out.

I updated 36557 to mention that work is being done and that interested
folks should watch the discussion in this newsgroups. We should be
able to get some relevant web pages up in the relatively near future.
There should be more updates to these bugs in the days and weeks to
come.
