Drop down menus on mail composer?

Anybody know the bug # for the missing drop down menus that used to
appear for various parts of the mail composer (for the from: identity,
auto-completion of for the TO: field and so forth.)  It's been missing
for a week (?) now, and I'd like to check out Bugzilla to see what the
status is.
