1. To leave messages on server -
Go to Edit | Preferences | Mail & Newsgroups | Mail servers. Select the server
and click Edit button. Go to POP tab, check "Leave messages on server".
2. Change Sent folder
Go to Edit | Preferences | Mail & Newsgroups | Copies and Folders. Click
Choose Folder button.
