That would be great if we could get it on www.mozilla.org/mailnews assuming no objections.  I'm not sure the best place to put it.  Perhaps it should go under Engineering, or perhaps it should go in the architecture directory since I think a lot of the discussion was about the work that needs to be done to implement various parts of LDAP.
