What is the status on Quoted Printable implementation? I have used Mozilla Mail with
at least two macintosh mailers capable of sending out QuotedPrintable, and in all
tests Mozilla does everthing right - as far as I can judge - when it comes to
receiving and displaying the received mail. But when it comes to replying to QP mail
that Mozilla has received, things does not work. If you don't believe me, you can
reply to this message...
And you will then see that instead of the text in the reply being wrapped nicely in
the Message window, the paragraphs are presented as long -unbroken- lines that
stretches *outside* of the message window. Very annoying of course.
There is a "fix" that I use to cope with this: if you copy the whole, long lined,
message and paste it back into the message window, the text lines are broken as they
should.
Is this problem known to the right people? If someone files a bug report on this
please CC me.
