there is no ui for it, but there is the integers pref
"mailnews.nav_crosses_folders"
0 for next goes to next folder, without prompting
1 for next goes and prompts
2 for next does nothing when there are no more unread messages

thanks to alecf, who recently added this 4.x feature.

see #67072.

one day, we'll have some UI for it.
